I'm sure we on the list can help you, but what efforts have you made and where have they fallen short? Do you know your WebBraille username and password? Have you been to the site, perhaps added it to favorites? Do you know the address? I'm much more inclined to assist if I sense that the person on the other end is making efforts on their own too.
