Thanks to Jim and Alex's tipoff, I've found the address where we
can find out about KeySoft 9.1 build 1031.

To get it, go to HumanWare site, select Support link, go to
BrailleNote Apex, then select software link from there. KeySoft
9.1 link should be there.
