the site rejected my serial number and i've had to refer the matter to
our HW support in the UK for resolving!

Well, I tried my other address with the license site, and it didn't work
either. Am I missing something? I didn't see anyone else saying they had
to register to get the product key. If this was something we were going to
need to do, it would have been nice to have heard about this requirement in
advance. Other companies, when they're about to release an upgrade,
encourage people to get SMA's or something so they can get the upgrade when
it's released. I don't understand why this wasn't done with this upgrade.
Or maybe I've missed an announcement or something. But I've read all the
Humanware news that's come to my inbox pertaining to the Apex, and I never
saw anything about registering on the licensing site. Hmmm. Well, I guess
I'll just be patient until I hear something. For those of us who work
during the day, who knows when that might be. <sigh>
