Well, I did the same as you, entered the last six digits of my
serial number first, and then entered all twelve when I was told
I needed all of them. And, yes, I'm having the problem, too, so
am waiting to hear back from HW. I wonder if it would have made
a difference if we had entered all twelve digits of the serial
number on the first try? Likely not, I guess. But, well, I
didn't have my Apex handy at the time, and the last six were what
we were told would be needed and what I had available at the
time. Perhaps that's what I get for being too lazy to go and get
my Apex and get the entire number in the first place.

Well, at first I entered the last 6 numbers, but when told I

what they said was that we'd have to enter the final six numbers
of our
serial number but instead we are required to enter the full
number and it
doesn't appear to work seemlesssly to get the product key.
