Are you sure it is enabled? I just checked my language and
Spanish is still enabled after the upgrade.

I thought that braillenote apex came with multilingual installed.
However i lost it when i upgraded to 902 and thought i would get
it back with 9,1. Can anyone fill me in on why it hasn't
reappeared?
