It is way better than 9.02. You can write a braille document with formatting and when you save it as word doc, it'll preserve it. Table reading is better. For now, you can view formatting - but not insert advanced ones such as lists; but hopefully, we'll be able to do that soon. As for resets, at least on 32-cell models, there is a percentage indicator when the reset is performed, informing you how far the startup process is. I'm not sure about 18-cell models though.

Hi,
I haven't installed the new upgrade yet because my serial number
is not in the system.  That's the message I get when I log in.
For those who have the upgrade, how much better is Keyword?
Also, are resets quicker with this new version?
