I had the same experience as Peter when trying to download the upgrade file to my Apex. It did download the upgrade key file okay, and it told me the upgrade file itself had been downloaded as well. However, seing as it only took a second or two to download the upgrade file, of course I knew the Apex had not downloaded it correctly. Thus, I downloaded the file on my PC, and then transferred it to an S D card.
