I have usually seen my battery get to 100 before the upgrade.
What I found interesting was after i unplugged it my battery
before the upgrade would go own to 99. Now it stays at 100 for a
bit.

After upgrading to 9.1 my Apex will now show 100% battery level
after a charge.
Prior to the upgrade it would never register above 99%, no matter
how long it was plugged in.
