When I tried downloading it with 9.1, it worked well. I
downloaded the file to Downloads folder on Flash (for testing
purposes).

It is certainly ironic! I wonder if the apex could do it now
with
the
latest ks version, since one "under the hood" feature is the
elimination of a download file size.
