I'd love to! Are you doing it on a weekend? Because if you're not, I'm in school and I can't, but if you are doing it on a weekend... I don't have a microphone at the moment but I am trying to obtain a USB headset with a microphone, would that work?

Hi,
Yes - slightly easier to find it - not to say setting the folder
up. All you do from your PC is just set a folder so that other
computers can view what's inside.
Tell you what: Do you have a microphone? If you do, then I'd like
to invite you to the 8th chat which I'm hosting later in March.
Cheers,
Joseph

Oh, so it's easier from an Apex. Am i right in interpreting
that? Or is there the same level of difficulty with the Mpower?

Hi,
No, you can share multiple folders on your PC. All that is
required is to give each folder a unique name so that you can
find it when you type that name from
the Apex.
Cheers,
Joseph

I see. And if multiple folders are to be shared... it almost
would seem next to impossible.

Hi,
No - not that easy. This is because network capability -
especially sharing folders require just your computer is ready to
offer a folder to share in the first place.
Cheers,
Joseph

?Hi,
So it's not as easy as it seems then. Originally, I thought you
could type in the computer name and you could access it. That's
not the case then. That's OK though, if I ever did get
ActiveSync and a USB plug that works with both the BN and the PC,
I'd have the same capabilities, right?

Hi,
Yes - but you need to set up a workgroup on a computer and at
least one folder that you wish to share (for instance, My
Documents folder).
Cheers,
Joseph

Hi all,
Does anyone know if it is possible to access your home computer
through networking on a BN Mpower with KS 8 build 21? I just
tried it and I can't seem to get it to work.
Thanks,
Josh
