I have been trying to authorize my Apex to play Audible content for two months 
and called tech support three times and the person I spoke to knew less than I 
did. It was the same person on all three occasions and she was very vague and 
provided me with very little assistance. If I have to call again and get the 
same person, I will just hang up.  Prior to calling HW, I read the manual on 
line and the Apex and it was clear as mud.
