Hmmm, it's not the question of makes and models - it depends on the operating system and screen reader the phone is using. If the OS is Symbian, Windows Mobile, IOS and newer Android and if the screen reader or the OS suite supports braille output (Mobile Speak or Talks for WM and Symbian, VoiceOver for IOS), then you are good to go.
