The only way is in keyword. Open the first playlist in line mode (review options to find the option). Find the line with the filename you want to move and copy the whole line, making sure the entire path is copied. Paste this, on its own line, in the second playlist, which should also be opened in line mode. Make sure there are no double blank lines in either file. I am not sure if double blanks would cause a problem, but they may.
