Hi, I find if I want to record something and type at the same time I use an
external mic or the sound of the keys is louder then the people talking.

Hi all,
I was recently doing some tests with the internal mic because earlier I
had noticed that when I recorded using it, and when I typed something on
the keyboard, the recording would become extremely distorted to the point
where it was all noise. To record, I just took out my headphones, turned
on some music, hit the record button and just hit random keys. From my
tests, these random key presses seem to be the issue.
Could this be a hardware issue which would require the unit to be sent
in? I did a reset and that did nothing. I am hesitant to do a hardware
reset because of the damage it could cause.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
