Oops, my misunderstanding...
RFBD books: I personally prefer to download these books on my PC, create a folder for it on my SD card and insert the card.

To my knowledge, rfbd books cannot be downloaded. If they can, it will take a very long time and you must have 9.1 or later. Again, though, I am not sure if it is possible or not. Bookshare books are no problem,
