Hi folks, but mainly at Mr. Stilson and KeySoft developers,

Thanks to a "junk" mail from Gmail, I realized that I forgot about a Twitter account I created three years ago until now. Well, with the reset of my password, I'm gealad to announce that I do now have Twitter (account name: joslee).

As a connection to this, coupled with recent development with other devices, I'd like to report that I'm investigating some programming libraries and Twitter API itself to understand how Twitter works and to find ways of adopting this to KeySoft. Other devices now have their client, so I thought, "why not KeySoft?"

So far, I found that Twitter uses HTTP requests for updating and keeping track on a user's messages (called tweets). I also found that Twitter's API functions has been written for various programming languages such asC++, Java and Python (no Visual BASIC, sorry).--Source: Twitter Developer Page located atdev.twitter.com. Possibly for HW's benefit, I found a CPP library that even has a sample text-based Twitter client (with sample source code included) which gives a feel of using the API (this requires a add-on library to interface with Twitter's HTTP requests).

So what's the next step? The Twitter client (rather, the Twitter API) are only few steps away from appearance. It all begins and ends with user comments: Suggestion for HW: I (and other Twitter users) would like to cordially request a possibility for coming up with a Twitter client for BrailleNote in the near future. I would also like to suggest that this time, please allow us (users) to give you input on user interface, user guide and software testing phase. We would like to hear your answers on these request soon. Thanks.

Cheers,
Joseph
