First, I got my service contract renewal information from Humanware in the mail today. And, I was kind of surprised to see the service contract certificate in Braille, and especially with my specific Apex serial number and effective dates.
Second, and seeing as we were talking about the web browser, I decided to check my own bank, Regions here in the United States, to see if I could log in to my account with the Apex. And, much to my surprise, I found they have a mobile site, and that site does indeed work with the Apex. Now, I knew they had a mobile application, but I didn't know they had a mobile site that one could use without downloading some sort of program first. One isn't able to do every single thing on the mobile site that one can do with the desktop one, but the basic banking tasks can be performed. Also, while still talking about the browser, I was pleased again to find I can now log in to the System Access Mobile Network site. For, although I could log in to the site with my Sense products, I used to be unable to do so with my Apex. Now, I'm guessing there are limits on what one can do on the site with a note taker, but at least I was able to get in and read the messages from the various forums I had joined. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
