One of the benefits of reading braille with a paperless device or

notetaker

like the BN, is you can take lots of files with you. No more

lugging around

paper volumes! I have three translations of the Bible on my

Apex.

I looked on the enabling technology website and found

a

statement that says that 1 print page equals 2 to 3 braille

pages. It

didn't say interpoint or not. I have a file that is 96 k. I was

going to

Braille it to carry around with me but I figure that is probably

well over

100 pages.

Hi,

If you are on a BT keyboard, when you type in the website you

want as your homepage, press backspace with O., then space down

until you hear, "Set current page as Homepage." Press enter on

that and follow any steps that might

be there.

Hope this helps!

Sincerely,

Jasmine

Hi,

I was wondering, is there a way to unprotect emails while still

in the Keymail folder?

Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,

Jasmine

I assume you mean to edit? If so, you must save the email to a file

(hit s in the email) and then edit the file you save.

Hi,

I'm writing this message for a friend.

She would like to know how she could go online if she has

ethernet but no wireless. Does the BN Apex work with Dial-up?

Sincerely,

Jasmine

Hi,

Dial-ups - yes, but one needs a USB modem.

Cheers,
