Hi, everyone,
i just finshied doing some minutes for a meeting and we
transferred it to a Usb stick from mm mpower. It was a text
document but some of the braille was in computer braille. The
woman who took the usb stick couldn't open the nutes of the
meeting. Can someone tell me how I can fix this? and get her
fresh copy that she can open? I do not have a Pc. It was most
embarraising! Help would be greatly appreciated!

My Apex QT won't open doc files I have created on my PC using a
program
called Jarte (pronounced Jartay.) When I read the information
about the
files, the BN says they are Microsoft Word files. But when I try
to open
them I get the message "no class exists." What does that mean?
These same
files will open just fine with my BrailleSense Plus.
I never liked Word files, but when a feature is supposed to work
and it
doesn't, I become annoyed. I never had this problem with the
mPower.
