Here are the font commands. Qwerty commands will have a [q] in front of
them and bt commands will have a [b] in front of them.
Font menu: [q] Control with T followed by i for italic, u for underline, b,
for bold followed by n to turn on the font or f to turn off the font.
Font menu: [b] Enter with f followed by i, for italic, u, for underline, b,
for bold, followed by n to turn it on and f to turn it off.
For example, to turn on a bold font: [q] Control with T b n. [b] Enter with
f b n. To turn off the bold font: [q] Control with t b f. [b] Enter with f
b f.
Center line: [q] Control with e. [b] Enter with C.
Right justify: [q] Control with R. [b] Enter with R.
