Multiple times, and no. The frustrating thing is that it is not a
reproduceable bug, so it is next to impossible to find the root of the
problem; after all, where do you look to find a bug that only
sometimes appears at all? I have offered to let hw give me a modified
version of keysoft, one which will keep extensive event logs of
everything that I can send to them so they can see what goes wrong
when, but I never got a response on that one.
