I am not sure I follow the question. Are you saying that keymail keeps
asking if you want to download large messages, or are you saving the
attachments somewhere else? If you are not saving them, then there is
a pretty easy way to see them all and delete the ones you don't want.

1. Go to file manager and press d for directory.
2. Select the flash disk if it is not already selected. Space down to
the keymail folder and press space-5-6 on it instead of enter
(assuming you have a braille keyboard; the qt command is right arrow,
I think).
3. Space down until you find the attachments folder - it should be the
only one in there. Press enter on it to open it.
4. Now delete, move, or whatever you want; all attachments are stored
in this folder.
