Just hit space-t, f. This will set space-4-6 and space-1-3, as well as
the scroll wheel on Apex units, to move by frame. To set movement back
to input control, just hit space-t again, then i. There are a few
other options in this space-t prompt; I would use space-3-4 to review
them for future use.
