Hi,
As far as I know, there is no way to create unicode tables, but you can
create computer braille tables. The Apex doesn't support any foreign
languages except French, Spanish, Italian and German.
If you know the number assigned to a unicode character, you may be able to
insert it, but I don't know how many Hebrew characters are supported on the
current tables.
The best thing to do would be to contact HumanWare and see if they have any
Apex versions that support Hebrew.
