i had a problem with a backspace key on the apex and took a spray
air can to it. Fixed it and got some dust out of the speakers!

Subject: [Braillenote] braillenote bashing
Mike, I am not bashing the apex. Just the practice of humanware
trying to charge me a diagnostic fee for something that is still
under warranty. $7000 for a display and then about 8 or 9 months
later, $95.00 for a diagnostic fee. Do
you think I would send in souch a fine device that help[s me
every day with notes, calculations, email, internet, texting with
my iphone, reading and the list goes on. Yah like I would claim
something was broken on the unit and send it in to be without it
for a week or two. I find this highly insaulting.
