Hi all, I thought I would start a new thread since this has nothing to do with setting up an account in keymail. Lanie: in what program (keyword, file manager, book reader, and so on) does this problem occur? What device are you using - flash disk, thumb drive, sd card, or cf card? Does this only happen when you press space-x to view hidden files, or when you try to browse the list of files?
