Did you make sure the dot KXO file matched your serial number?
If so, go to the Gmail website and try to do download from there. If that doesn't work, you may need to use a PC to do the detachment to a flash drive or SD card.
Hope this helps!

Subject: [Braillenote] nls authorization key

Hi all,
I just filled out the form to get my nls authorization key so
that I can read bard books with the Apex not too long ago. After
I did this, I got the email with the key, read the instructions
and then attempted to detach the file. But upon saying no to
detach as a keyword file (the file has a.kxo extension) I got the
message: One invalid license file not installed. Class does not
exist. It wouldn't even let me detach the file to the none
folder, or any folder for that matter. I didn't read it with the
Apex. I just tried to detach it and got the error mentioned
above. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I could do?
Thanks!
Josh
