No, it does not have anything to do with flash. Well, it's
purpose... hmmm... to enhance the look and feel of web pages,
so they can operate normally. Without it, they can sometimes not
appear correctly, such is the case with Peter's link issue. If I
have this wrong, can somebody please correct/add to this? Thanks!
