Hi, What are the symptoms - does the keyboard freeze while the scroll wheel works? If that's the case, then this problem has already been seen by many Apex users before (and I'm sure HW is aware of this). If this happens again, simply turn off the unit for about a minute and turn it back on, which should solve it (for now). Cheers, Joseph
