Go to the file manager and select erase file. Select the flash disk, then move to the keychat folder. Do not press enter on the folder; instead, press space-5-6 (bt, right arrow on qt). Press space and you should see a folder called init. Press enter here. When at the "list of files in init folder" prompt, press space-x (bt, I think it is read-x on qt) twice to view hidden files. The only file there is XMPPClient.ini. Erase that file, answering yes to the prompt that the file is protected. Once you are back at the file manager, do a reset (just hit reset, do not hold down any keys or hold in the button for any length of time). That should do it - your username, password, and chat server will have been erased.
