Hey Matt. I can answer the second one about stopping the list
mail.
ON your options page that they gave you the address for when you
signed up, there's something that says disable mail delivery or
something like that. Next to that there will be a checkbox.
Check that, click save and you're good to go. Don't forget to
reenable it by going back to the page, unchecking that box, and
clicking save again when you get back. Not sure of the second
one, sorry.
