This is on behalf of a friend, although I have noticed this
myself.
When my friend is playing a file on the internet in mp3, he has
noticed that the file will stop playing in midstream, but the
indicator will still keep going across the display like it is
playing, even though it is not. The only thing I myself have
managed to do to fix this issue is to restart the file. Is there
anything else I or my friend could do?
My friend contacted hw, who told him to download the file he
was having issues with. He did, but when he tried to play it, ks
said: Cannot find: (directory name) backslash filename.mp 3 or
something like that, even though it downloaded. I told him that
either:
1. There was not enough space on the drive he was trying to
download it on, and so ks took what it could and kept that, or:
2. It didn't download all the way. Could either of these
guesses be correct?
What else could my friend try?
