It only makes things easier if you have all day to wait for UPS to come pick
it up as you can never get a time from them.

Subject: [Braillenote] shipping changes at Humanware

Hello fellow braillenote users,
I'm not sure if all of you are aware of it or not, but when I called
Humanware a couple days ago to arrange to have my unit sent in for
cleaning, I found out, that now, they will make arrangements for UPS to
come to your house to pick up your braillenote, and deliver it to the
service center in Canada for you, rather than you having to take it
somewhere and pay to have it shipped yourself. At least, that's how
they do it for those of us living in the United States. For those of
you living in other parts of the world, I'm not sure what the procedure
is, but its likely they probably do something similar. Having to pay to
have our units shipped to Humanware can be costly, so I'm glad that
they changed things around a bit. It sure makes things easier. Well, I
gotta run. Just wanted to pop in and give you guys the headsup.
Mike
Rochester, NY.
