Marvin, Go to the utilities menu, language options. Then enable
each language you want (it'll say, enable language? (where
language is either French, German, Spanish or Italian) (yes or
no, yes if it is enabled, no if it's not. To enable a language
press y, to disable press n. Then exit out of the list after
you've set the languages you want. It'll ask you the preferred
braille grade for each code. Either cycle through the available
grades by pressing space with dots 3-4 and press enter on the one
you want, or just press enter to leave them at defaults. Or for
grade 1 press a, for grade 2, press b and computer braille
press... (it's either c or j) not sure atm, and press enter.
That's it, then exit out of the utilities menu.
Best,
Josh

Subject: [Braillenote] Languages
Just out of curiosity, how does one get the bn to speak another
language? I'm running keysoft version 8, and changing the speech
language doesn't seem to do anything. I'm trying to get spanish
to work. I know keynote gold can change languages; I've
done language changes in documents, but the default speech
language is another story.
