Hi, I have also been having trouble with my Apex resetting lately. I find it is normally when I go to carry it from room to room, it is turned off but I carry it on it's side and I hear a beep and then the next time I turn it on it has to go trough the starting keysoft stuff. I have no idea what might be causing it, it doesn't feel like the battery is moving around or there is anything loose in the machine.
