Hi, As for printing: you mean creating a hard copy document, right? In order to help you better, could you give us the model and keyboard of your BN and KeySoft version so that those who have your configuration could help you better? Also, can you give us the model of your printer and the connection port - UsB, Bluetooth, etc. that you wish to use? The general steps for printer are thus: When you've finished typing, exit the document (SPACE with E). Then from KeyWord Menu, go to Print, then select Print (P). At this moment, comnnect the printer to the BrailleNote. Then the BN should ask for the document to print. Select the document you were working on, then when KeySoft asks for confirmation, press Y for yes. Cheers, Joseph
