I don't know about this lockout thing, but I do know that you
must have a username to work FB Chat in Keychat. The FB Chat
works through your already-set-up Google Talk account if you have
Gmail. By the way, here's a question for you all: is there a way
that I can get an FB username on my BN? Josh Gregory said
something to me offlist about me having to do it on a PC, but is
there anyway I can do it on my BN? By the way, if anyone wants to
add me to Keychat, my ID is [email protected].

In getting some people on FaceBook using my transports, I noticed
a strange thing: even if FB know who you are, your username and
password are correct, etc, they may very well disconnect you
anyway just for using chat for the first time, and lock out your
account.
Can anybody confirm that the reason KeyChat doesn't work with FB
is not the Jabber protocol, but this lockout strategy?
