IE is trying to protect you from accidents caused by submitting the same form twice. When you go back to a page that was created using information from a form, the browser is obliged to send the form again to retrieve that page, which could result in (for instance) duplicate requests, payments, comments, etc. For you, I suspect it means you're stuck, though, since the BN's "Refresh" function does not operate the function that IE uses to refresh information (it just re-opens the address internally), so you cannot recover from that condition. (Incidentally, it also has the effect of not allowing you to refresh stale data from a proxy cache you may be using, too.)
