I believe that ks8 introduced Audible support, but I could be wrong
and it may be 7.5.

A larger sd card will not work because of limitations in the
underlying operating system, Windows CE. You can still find 512mb
cards on sites like amazon.com or newegg.com, and they shouldn't cost
much. You can also try electronics stores. Explaining what you need
may even net you a discounted or free card, since no one wants cards
that small anymore and the store may have a surplus.
