i have the iPhone 4 from A T and T, and I have enabled the hotspot feature as well. Although I never could get the Bluetooth tethering to work, I was indeed able to get the hotspot feature to work using WiFi with my BT Apex. But, until I went into iTunes and changed the default name of my iPhone, the hotspot feature just never would seem to work. Not sure why, but I'm thinking, as the device name read a bit funny on my Apex, that the default name might have some sort of Apple trademark sign or something that the Apex just didn't like.
