Hi, you can also set this to delete off the surver if the message is in the trash. I have mine this way so I can recieve mail on my Apex and the ones I want to keep or ones I need to look at on a PC rather then the Apex will still be on the surver so I can go to my PC and download the messages. I have also set up my PC to do the same so if I recieve a email on my PC that I need for a meeting or something I can then download it on my Apex ready to go. Any messages I want to save and take off the surver I save on my PC to my documents and then delete it which will remove it from the surver so I don't get too many messages on the surver.
I also check my parents accounts while they're away from home and I can do this on either the Apex or my PC and because I have it set to not remove them from the surver then the messages are still there for them to read if they get internet access. Hope this helps, >From Shaz.
