Hi, I am having trouble unpacking Bookshare books on my Braillenote Apex Bt. I get to the password box and then I put in my password and after that I get the following message: Unable to unpack file. Error code: 9 I installed the hotfix for this problem but nothing has changed and the installation was successful. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.
