archive.org is but most of that is all under a derivative act or a creative commons work like my music actually. this means that the person can use it if they give credit to the author or composer of the work. most of you would say that composer and author is the same but there is a big difference. in the music industry the writer is considered a composer not the author as author is books. well, anyways, hope this answers your question.
