Hi,I have never seen it in a BN. But I have seen it in a PK. In fact it used to happen to my PK all the time when I was using it for email and once the disk got full it wouldn't reconise the flash drive. For the PK there was a utility sent to me from humanware to re-format the flash drive and that fixed it but I don't know about a BN. My advise would be to contact humanware and ask them if there is something similar for the BN.
