Hi Ronda,
I must admit I haven't used my account on web-braille all that
much, but I just tried it twice and I only had to log in once
each time. Even when I downloaded a book, I did not have to log
in. I just had to hit the "accept" button for notetakers. Not
sure what might be happening.
Sorry not a solution!
