I went over to

to take a look around and found that the movie vault is still around; a link
on the main page will take you there, so it would seem that if you're
interested in downloading stuff for free, you can still do it and there's no
need to register.
I have no idea what movies will cost when the new vault goes live. So for
now, grab anything that you want.
