You can't upload anything, but you can log into dropbox.com on the bn and download files. The problem is that they will have an odd extension, so you have to find the file and rename it. Just hit backspace-r on the file, put your cursor on the first letter of the gibberish after the actual extension, and hit backspace-c to delete everything from that letter on. For instance, if the file was a .zip, you'd put the cursor right after the p and hit backspace-c, then enter to confirm the renaming.
