Hi All, For reasons I don't understand, my Sendero GPS Navigation and Oxford Dictionary applications on my Apex disappeared. Humanware tech support told me how to re-install the applications, but I'm curious why my Apex would drop these applications. I sometimes have to reset when my keyboard locks up, and I more routinely use the method of holding down the dot 8 key when powering up after discovering the keyboard is locked. Are there any resets, such as reset with dots 123 or 456 dots that would either cause or repair trouble? My Apex has the latest firmware, and it's the BT model. I've been a user of Humanware note takers for 10 years, and a user of another company's similar device for 10 years before that. I've never encountered the problem of disappearing applications. Thanks for any advice you may have!
