Hi,
Sure: Connect the thumb drive before proceeding.
1. When the document to save has been opened, press SPACE with S to
open save prompt.
2. Press BACKSPACE until going to drive prompt, then press H for hard disk.
3. Select the folder where you wish to save the document (I usually
save it at the "none" folder, which is the top folder).
4. At the document name prompt, press BACKSPACE with X repeatedly
until "microsoft word" is displayed, then type the document name in
computer braile then press ENTER (no need to type any extensions). The
document would then be saved on the thumb drive as a .doc file.
This same procedure applies when saving the document in any format on
any location.
BTW, someone just sent me an article detailing this exact procedure
and asked if I can put this on the BN Users site. I told him I'll do
it as soon as possible (which I'll do it either today or tomorrow).
Cheers,
Joseph
