Hi Carlos -- I've encountered this problem in the past but have been able to access even the seemingly blank files on the web-based version of Gmail. There may be a better solution, but in the meantime, I hope this helps!

Subject: [Braillenote] Unable To read Rich Text Format Files

Hi everyone,

My VI teacher beent me my ghiology book. However, she divided
the book into chapters. Each chapter was written in a .rtf
files. Here's the problem:

Whenever I open some of the files, they come up blank. However,
this doesn't happen with the rest. For example, when I opened
the ones with Chapters 1 and 18, the Braillenote said, "Top of
document. Blank." However, when I opened other files, text came
up. When I told my teacher about this, she said that there was
text in all the files she sent me.

I hope this is clear.

Anyway, how do I fix this?

Thanks for any help.

Carlos
